Chemical biography

[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Fredric completed his undergraduate degree at Uppsala University and joined the our group for a Masters project in November 2015. He worked diligently on making carbazoles do previously-unheard-of things, including via C-H activation. Fredric completed his Masters thesis in the summer of 2016. In the autumn of that year, Fredric moved to the group of Eszter Borbas at Uppsala University’s Ångström laboratory for a research project.

We’re delighted to say that Fredric joined our group again – this time as a PhD student – in March 2017. He is currently working on developing various C-H activation and aryne-related methodologies, with a sprinkling of organometallics here and there. Welcome Fredric![/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/3″][vc_column_text]
